Tube welding seam removal-first customer from Latvia

NODHA serves more than 60 countries and regions worldwide, and today we welcome a new client – Latvia.

They are a company engaged in the design, production and manufacturing of biomass energy equipment. They were interested in the small size tube beveler. They used for their heat exchange tube sheet and wanted to test our equipment for more efficient service work. They basically use 76,4 mm tubes in their boilers and economizers, as shown in below picture. Some job is remove the welding seam on the end of tubes. Customer chose us after comparing our brands with those of the United States. We believe that better price/performance will bring more value to customers.

As per the pipe size 72.5*3.6mm, 72.1*4mm and central distance 90-100mm, we recommend our pipe beveling machine IDE-120, its working range cover ID40-112mm, wall thickness up to 20mm, it is the most suitable. At the mean time we quoted air operated IDP-120 to them for option.

Order Placed dated July 26th 2022:

1 unit electric operated 4″ pipe facing/beveling machine IDE-120; 10pcs facing tool by material AISI M42; 5 pcs 30deg. Beveling tool by material AISI M42.  We will arrange the shipment on Aug. 1st 2022.
