NODHA recently completed the delivery of a series of portable plate edge milling machines, including six models: GMMA-60L, GMMA-60LY, GMMA-80AY, GMMA-100LY, GBM-16D and GBM-16D-R. This batch of equipment has been packaged and will be shipped from Kunshan to Manzhouli Port via land transport channels and finally delivered to end customers.
To ensure transportation safety, the technical team has conducted pre-installation commissioning and strict quality inspection on all equipment, and adopted a shock-proof and moisture-proof standardized packaging process. Among them, the core model GMMA-100LY is equipped with a professional fixed bracket, and the GBM-16D series is equipped with a special tool set, both of which have passed the drop test verification.
Taking GMMA-60L as an example, it can process any angle bevel in the range of 0-90 degrees, and it is very useful in shipyards, pressure vessels and other industries. GMMA-80AY is mainly used for beveling and milling of stainless steel and carbon steel. It can perform welding bevels of 0-60 degrees on plates, mill the oxide scale of flame cutting, and remove the oxide layer of stainless steel plates after plasma cutting. Some of these milling machines have speed control and display functions, which are easy to operate; some can be wirelessly remotely controlled and flexible to use.
After all the equipment is packed in Kunshan, it is loaded and shipped to Manzhouli for delivery to customers. Although the journey from Kunshan to Manzhouli is long, NODHA has made full preparations to ensure the safety and punctuality of the transportation process. Each milling machine is strictly tested before leaving the factory, and its quality and performance are reliably guaranteed. NODHA hopes that this batch of equipment can reach customers on time, help customers to work efficiently, contribute to the smooth progress of related projects, and hope that everything goes smoothly during the entire transportation process.
