In February 2017, in Isiokpo community in Rivers State, Nigeria, NODHA was honored to undertake a key project of Shell - the emergency repair of a 20-inch export pipeline. As a well-known energy company, Shell has extremely high standards for equipment and construction quality in its projects.
This time, Shell urgently needed pipe cutting and beveling equipment for pipe replacement work in the area. NODHA responded quickly and relied on an efficient logistics system to transport the equipment to the project site as quickly as possible.
After arriving at the site, our professional team immediately started working. The equipment provided has excellent performance. When cutting 20-inch pipes, the cutting speed is fast and the cut is smooth, which provides a good foundation for subsequent welding processes. When performing beveling operations, the equipment can accurately create a groove shape and size that meets the standards, greatly ensuring the quality of welding.
During the entire project execution process, NODHA team members relied on their rich experience and superb technology to overcome many challenges brought by the complex environment on site and completed their work tasks efficiently and excellently.
