Samsung C&T Korea Shanghai office inspect our factory

Samsung has a project called Qatar LNG NFXP EPC-2 Project, in which has a lot of pipes should be cut and beveled, including pipeline more than 30km.  

Samsung has considered many companies and factories, and then they came to our factory for inspecting. Hope we can capture their heart!

More information about the project:

Pipe O.D: 38″ (965mm)

Wall thickness: 14.27mm

Material of the pipe: TP304L (SUS)

Obstructions: 900mm distance between 2 lines (900mm Gap)

Working on straight pipe

Degree of Bevel: 37.5 with 2mm root face

With these conditions, we quoted AODP/AODE-1066 (36″-42′).

For 300-400 ea project, need 150pcs cutting tool bits & 80pcs beveling tool bits, we can provide RH, LH bevel.
