I. TF-40 equipment overview

NODHA This equipment adopts a fully automatic tube end processing center designed for heat exchanger tube bundle manufacturing, integrating three core technologies-pneumatic tube expansion system, servo fixed-length feeding, and dual-station automatic loading and unloading;

 

II. Significant defects of traditional manual tube ends

Low efficiency: single tube processing takes more than 1 minute

Poor consistency: dimensional deviation ±0.2mm

High cost: labor cost accounts for 65% of processing fee

Safety hazard: grinding wheel splash accident rate 0.8 times/10,000 hours

 

III. TF-40 technical advantages

Compound processing technology: one clamping completes three processes of tube expansion, milling and deburring

Intelligent compensation system: real-time monitoring of material deformation and dynamic adjustment of feed parameters

Modular tool: replaceable carbide blade (life 300-400 pieces/cutting edge)

Processing efficiency: about 150 tube ends can be processed per hour, which is equivalent to processing once every 24 seconds, including the time of each loading and unloading.
