In the project of a Mexican customer, NODHA pipe cold cutting and beveling machine P0208(2”- 8”) successfully achieved the 10°×37.5° composite beveling processing of ASME B16.25 standard for the customer by optimizing the process parameters. The equipment adopts pneumatic drive technology and can cover the pipe diameter range from 2 inches to 8 inches, which is particularly suitable for the difficult processing requirements of A335 P91 heat-resistant alloy steel pipes.
For 8-inch steel pipes with a wall thickness of 44mm, traditional manual processing takes about 24 hours, while the P0208(2”- 8”) beveling machine shortens the operation time to 1.5 hours, and the production efficiency is effectively improved by 400%. The AISI M42 high-performance drill equipped with the equipment significantly improves the cutting efficiency while maintaining the processing accuracy by optimizing the feed rate and cutting angle.
