I. Project Overview
Changzhou is a gathering place for China's crane machinery industry, and the annual output of gantry cranes accounts for more than 30% of the national market share. Traditional main beam end surface processing relies on fixed milling machines, which have problems such as large equipment footprint and low transfer efficiency. The emergence of portable circular milling machines (PCMM) has brought an efficient solution to the industry.
II. Application Value
Large structure on-site processing: crane beams, columns and joints can be milled directly at the assembly site to avoid the transportation of oversized parts to and from fixed workshops, reduce logistics costs by 35%, reduce downtime, and ensure seamless integration of parts;
Flange plate precision processing: milling the flange connection surface of the gantry leg and the rotating mechanism, and control the flatness within 0.05mm/m to ensure accurate docking of bolt parts and improve load transmission safety;
Welding full process optimization: complete welding joint groove processing and excess material removal to ensure surface finish meets the standard;
Bearing seat micron-level processing: complete the processing of bearing seats and slewing ring brackets with micron-level tolerances to ensure uniform load distribution and rotation accuracy.
