Repair job in Power Plant, Heavy-walled pipe-Anhui

I. Project Background

NODHA completed a critical maintenance work at a power plant in Wuhu, Anhui.

II. Pipeline Details

Pipeline size: 6-inch diameter, 59 mm wall thickness. Such a thick-walled design places extremely high demands on the cutting and processing technology of the pipeline.

Pipeline material: P91 is selected. This steel has excellent high-temperature strength and creep resistance, and is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure working environments such as power plants.

Bevel requirements: Precise cutting and composite bevel processing of the pipeline to ensure the sealing and stability of subsequent pipeline connections.

III. Project process

During the entire construction process, we selected ODE-168 electric equipment, which, with its powerful power output and precise control performance, promoted the smooth progress of the project. During the cutting operation, it can stably cut the thick-walled P91 pipeline, and the cut is neat and smooth; when performing composite bevel processing, it can also strictly follow the requirements to create a standard bevel, ensuring the quality of the pipeline connection.
