Argentina Project: 18″ Pipeline Cold Cutting onsite

At the project site in Nigeria, we successfully carried out a key project - on-site cold cutting of 18-inch pipes. The core task of this project is the segmented cutting and beveling of pipes to meet the high-precision requirements of pipe laying and connection.

During the operation, we selected the self-developed 12-inch to 18-inch pneumatic pipe cold cutting and beveling machine. This equipment has significant advantages. Its pneumatic drive system is powerful, ensuring a smooth and efficient cutting process. It can quickly penetrate the pipe wall of the 18-inch pipe, greatly shortening the cutting time. At the same time, it performs well in beveling processing, and can accurately create a standard bevel shape, providing a good foundation for subsequent pipeline welding, and ensuring welding quality and sealing.

During the implementation of the project, NODHA strictly followed the operating specifications and worked closely. From the precise installation and commissioning of the equipment to the orderly advancement of cutting and beveling operations, every link was controlled in place. Faced with the complex environment on site, the team responded flexibly with rich experience, solved various emergencies in a timely manner, and ensured the smooth progress of the project.

Finally, we successfully completed the segmented cutting and beveling of the 18-inch pipe, delivered the results on time, and received high recognition from customers.
