High pressure steam pipeline for ethylene plant

The second phase of the 40 million tons/year diesel hydrocracking unit project of Zhejiang Petrochemical is located in Ningbo Zhoushan.

The key 24" high-pressure steam pipe in the project (material A335 P91, wall thickness 46mm) needs to be processed with a composite groove that meets the ASME B16.25 standard. Traditional processing technology is difficult to meet the accuracy and efficiency requirements.

The NODHA PCBM CNC groove equipment was used to complete the project process, and the customer reported that the equipment is efficient and safe.

This is a new solution for composite grooves.
