Nigeria Sectional replacement: 24″ Pipe Cutting and Beveling

I. Project Background

Nigeria's main pipeline suddenly leaked, and NODHA's 24-inch-30-inch cold cutting beveling machine helped the customer repair the leak of its 24-inch pipeline.

II. Engineering Plan

Compound processing, special beveling cutter head completes V-groove processing (feed amount 0.05mm/tooth)

Environmental adaptation, equipment IP67 protection level, equipped with air dehumidification system

III. Project Results

So far, the project has progressed smoothly and has successfully completed the replacement of multiple sections of pipelines.
