On June 13, 2018, NODHA undertook an important project for Sinarmas to dismantle and re-weld flanges for the world's largest paper mill power plant in Zhenjiang, China.
This project was extremely challenging, requiring the P91 pipe to be installed in a clamshell style in a limited space. The P91 pipe is made of special materials, has high strength and good high temperature resistance, and is often used in high temperature and high pressure working environments, but this also makes it difficult to process.
In the flange dismantling stage, the NODHA team carefully removed the old flange with rich experience and professional tools to ensure that no damage was caused to the P91 pipe. The re-welding stage was also cautious, strictly following relevant standards and process specifications, using advanced welding technology and equipment to ensure welding quality. Each weld was carefully inspected, from appearance inspection to internal flaw detection, without missing any possible defects.
NODHA went all out on the Sinarmas project to overcome difficulties and efficiently complete the flange dismantling and re-welding tasks.
