Flange facing Machine Applied in Middle East

In December 2020, NODHA provided on-site flange processing equipment to Aramco customers in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and successfully completed the precision repair of multiple flanges of different specifications, covering materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel, with a maximum processing size of DN1000 (40 inches), solving the problem of large-diameter flange deformation that traditional processes are difficult to cope with.

Using FI40E servo-driven flange processing machine, core technical parameters:

Processing range: 6"-40" (150-1000mm)

Flatness accuracy: ±0.03mm/m

Roughness control: Ra1.6μm

Clamping method: three-point hydraulic expansion (expansion force 0-15MPa adjustable)
